We went past some of the more famous buildings in Madrid, including the Bank of Spain (the actual one, not the one in the great Spanish streaming show "Money Heist" available on Netflix) and the Metropolis Building (I didn't take pics of the Metropolis building this time, as the building faces east and it was later in the afternoon, so it would have been dark).
As we had time before dinner, we stopped into a bar on Gran Via and had a drink and some olives.
Then, for dinner we back to what had become our favorite Madrid restaurant, Celso Y Manolo, recommended several years ago by neighbor, close friend, and fan of the blog Jeff Farrah (he'd better read this!). Our second time there did not disappoint either. I'm not sure we'll ever spend time in Madrid without eating there.
