However, as we were walking from the war rooms and passing through Whitehall, we ran into the Royal Horse Guards cavalry practice. They have their roots from 1660, and are the King's personal bodyguards. We were kind of in a hurry (more details in a later post). As it turns out, our hurrying was pointless, so we could have watched their maneuvers.
