While I didn't enjoy the National Palace, for reasons explained in the blog post above, I did enjoy taking photos of the palace buildings. So, without further ado:
An early version model of R2D2.
The glimmering light off the
mirrors and chips of glass is
reminiscent, in its own way,
of the architecture in
Barcelona of the great Gaudi.
It's an ugly job, but
someone has to do it.
And by ugly, I mean ugly.
This fellow looks like
a cousin of the storied
Krampus of Bavaria.
Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship.
