We didn't tour or taste Chateau Palmer or Chateau Margaux. However, since the two famed First Growths are next to Chateau D'Issan, Cosmin took us to see the Chateaus. We were able to walk around the Margaux property a bit, although the house itself is behind a massive fence.
Lisa was very excited about seeing Chateau Palmer. I've tried not to include last names of people we interacted with on the trip in case they prefer their privacy, but I will let you guess what her last name is, as it's in the name of that property. Her last name is NOT Chateau.
Scott did taste some grapes from Chateau Margaux and was promptly admonished by a security guy in French, so Scott has no idea what he was told. Scott will be out of the Margaux jail in five to ten years.
