Not sure this is the best way to organize the KV visit photos (Valley of the Kings), but here goes -- I'm going to have a post for each tomb, as well as a post (this one) with photos of the valley. Btw, you will note from the photos that there is nothing lush about this valley. As you will see, the mummies aren't the only lifeless part of the valley. It's a desert with no vegetation. It's stark and beautiful in its own way.
This mountain is noted for
looking like a pyramid.
I took this bottom photo because it is interesting. This man was sweeping the dirt on dirt. Not on a sidewalk or road, dirt. I am not making fun of him. He was hired to do this, and hopefully he is earning enough to feed his family. I am making fun of the people who tell him to sweep dirt that's on top of dirt. There has to be more productive ways to have him do work.
